Happy to report that tonight's journey home passed without incident.

Anyone else here using Finch to develop good self-care habits? @EmmaJCole was the one who told me about it and it's pretty cute. It also has some nice self-reflection prompts and a weekly prompt to monitor signs of depression and anxiety.
