I never post gym content, but due to my inability to play softball at the moment, I’m switching things up. Today I focused on back and did some arm rehab to keep my shoulders healthy. Unfortunately I recently tore my ACL and partially tore my meniscus while playing flag football in the final four game. The grind doesn’t stop, it’ll just look a little different.
