Resident retreat! After in-service, our class took a much-needed break in North Georgia to focus on team building and spend some time together. We are grateful to our fellows covering primary call and for the department support to make it a great experience!

We were very fortunate to have Dr. Susan McCammon from @UAB_OTO recently speak with our residents on palliative care in head and neck surgery. Was a fantastic discussion on how to have difficult discussions with our patients!

Grateful to have had Dr. Michael Fritz from the @CleClinicHNI come speak to us this recently! He discussed complex facial reconstruction techniques. We also had Dr Joseph Scharpf from @CleClinicHNI speak recently on advances in thyroid cancer treatment, but forgot to get a pic!
