@AvantiWestCoast Can you advise on whether the 8.30 train from London Euston to Glasgow Central is running? National Rail website now has it as cancelled but your website doesn’t. I already had my booked train cancelled and was advised to take this.

@london_theatre I appreciate it's a very difficult technical undertaking but it's been a worse experience than ever this year and the system clearly isn't fit for purpose. Booted off several times even after entering payment details. Would hope there will be a proper investigation into failings.
