4 years ago a friend of mine lost his beautiful 16yo daughter to medical negligence in UHL Limerick Aoife Johnston died from Meningitis, she could have been saved, the stress of that sadly led to her Dad James getting Cancer, he passing away last night, utterly heartbroken 💔
