@RunsAsCoded Better ask a YAML expert but the one thing that stands out to me are comments. That's right, the JSON standard does not support comments; it's intended for data only. Also, most people find the regular YAML syntax easier to read.

Today I've learned that JSON is a proper subset of YAML.
