Creative Scotland, Open Fund Closure: This is what happens when an infrastructure does not adapt to reflect how it actually functions. This is what happens when freelance voices are perpetually overlooked in decision making rooms, in spite of all the pandemic promises.

The Scottish Government didn't stop the fund...Creative Scotland did...in order to shame the Scottish Govt who were, in turn, trying to shame the UK Govt. We mustn't let anger make us naive as to the political games being played with our lives.
