@NSReicher I agree! Go listen to the recently released live shows from 1975 on the Alive! box set. These were newly mixed from the multitracks, no overdubs. Ace is phenomenal on those real live recordings. The whole band is on fire!

#onthisday in 1994, Far Beyond Driven debuted at #1 on the Billlboard Top 200 chart! It’s hard to believe that it was 32 years ago. It was the heaviest album to ever debut at the top spot!

In 1992 a young CB3 went to see the KISS / Great White / Trixter tour at Nashville's infamous Municipal Auditorium, where I waited outside the busses to get this poster signed. Fast forward to April 18th, where we open for PJ from Trixter at Studio 117 in Coshocton, OH. Rock!

Today in Rock History March 27, 1986 Sammy Hagar made his debut as Van Halen’s lead singer at the start of their tour at the Lafayette Cajundome in Lafayette, Louisiana. Over 10,000 fans attended, with many wearing t-shirts or holding banners featuring David Lee Roth’s name or photo crossed out.

@mitchlafon # 1 for me. I bought 11 used CDs yesterday from a local shop. I have about 750 CDs and 200 vinyl. But I also stream lossless Amazon Music during work and driving. I buy physical but also stream. Enjoy it all I say.

@premierguitar Also check your neck’s truss rod. They’ve been known to have sympathetic vibrations too. I prefer straight necks with almost no relief. A tighter truss rod makes a big difference in the string’s ability to ring longer. A loose or unengaged rod can make strings sound rubbery.

@CARandDRIVER It is so fast the digital speedo was skipping huge chunks of numbers. Hardly any time to read the numbers. Absolutely amazing machine.

On our unprepped test surface, we recorded 2.1 seconds to 60 mph and 9.2 seconds to the quarter-mile at 155 mph in the 2026 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1X. That's a 0.1-second and 0.3-second improvement to 60 mph and through the quarter-mile, respectively, over the ZR1 we tested in the same configuration, and it puts the ZR1X within a tenth of the two quickest cars we've ever tested in the quarter-mile: the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport and the Lucid Air Sapphire.

@DinoKasamis I’d love to have a 2nd gen F body and drop a modern LS in it. Modern overdrive transmission also. The base V6 cars would be great candidates for that.

Mostly cosmetic…but performance was starting to make a comeback by 1981 and the Chevy 350 has many aftermarket performance upgrades available…I like the looks!
