He assaulted a federal officer. He had a weapon on him. The other officers did not know the weapon had dropped when it was confiscated. Everything happened literally in a split second. This is the consequence of knowingly going somewhere where he should not have been. He was redirecting traffic through a federal operation and violently resisted arrest. He was part of Ice Watch which is now being labeled as a dangerous seditious organization.
