File a complaint with the Better Bureau Business or send a complaint letter to the Roblox Headquarters. Or do what I do and constantly complain to them on Social media, they can't ignore you forever.

Okay I talked to Roblox. Here's the news. All "legacy" Roblox games will be restored but locked to 16+ users. All future Roblox games will require age verification to be published publicly.

@DavidBaszucki Please fix your Moderation and unban me and others who have been permanently banned despite us never violating the community standards.

As for the update with my ban from @Roblox yeah it still counts as the same concern sadly. @DavidBaszucki @kaufman_matt Please fix your damn Moderation system and unban those who were falsely banned. In my 6 years of Moderation, I've seen communities on Roblox with better teams.

I've seen people talk about these random accounts saying "talk to (blank), I had similar issues and he helped me" but a random stranger on the internet who has a twitter just created won't help you with shit, especially a ban from a company when they are only "tech specialists"

@asimo3089 @KreekCraft Now we just need to give them enough backlash to fix their moderation. Accounts like mine that has been around for over a decade are gone permanently for dumb stuff like "child endangerment through voice chat" or Harmful content/behavior WHILE WE WERE OFFLINE AND ASLEEP!

@KreekCraft Thanks for saying something before I had the chance to. These old games are a part of Roblox's history and their owners might not be around today. It's important we keep them around.

@KreekCraft Please talk to Roblox about their Moderation, my account got permanently banned while I was sleep for "child endangerment through voice chat" then later "harmful content or behavior" and I've done so much to try to get them to get a human to review it as they have no evidence.

Today is a good day. @Roblox Mods changed my ban from Child Endangerment to harmful content or behavior yesterday. While this isn't too good, it means I have a 2nd chance at appeal. Wish me luck!

@KreekCraft To be honest, Roblox's AI Moderation Team destroys any Roblox Youtuber who strikes them down. My account got permanently banned recent for "Other" and when I talked to Support they said all they could tell me was it was for "child endangerment through a voice chat conversation".

@DavidBaszucki Mr. Baszucki, the AI part of your Moderation Team has been permanently banning users such as myself who has helped report users, invested into this platform. For absolutely no reason. Support constantly rejects any appeals. We need your help to restore our accounts.

@Roblox @DavidBaszucki @kaufman_matt I have seen around 2 other cases where your Moderation team banned people permanently for "other" My advice, get their usernames and get them unbanned before you get a lawsuit or sued again by other states as there's a case in Louisiana.

@jahdoesnotlikeu @Roblox My situation is especially bad as I helped actively with Moderation anyway I could without directly working for them.

@EthanMNPIV @Roblox Yeah ai mods are ridiculous the system hasn’t gotten any better over the months and this really needs more attention. I was banned for child endangerment voice chat and i never used voice chat and later it changed to messages. I’ve spent alot of money and time on my account.

@Roblox has officially permanently banned my account. The initial reason said "Other", though after talking with Roblox support I had gotten a permanent ban for Child Endangerment through a voice chat conversation. Yesterday I had rarely used my voice chat.

I don't mind getting suspended for saying "cow" as it is a minor inconvenience, but they've effectively terminated someone ACTIVELY HELPING THEM WITH MODERATION without being an actual Mod. Completely shutting down communities I have been building over bullshit.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB about @Roblox. They banned me, took my support ticket asking about why I got banned and turned it into an appeal then effectively denied it taking away my only appeal chance. I am calling for @kaufman_matt or @DavidBaszucki to fix this.

@easlyslaw @Roblox I've been on the platform since 2012, saw the removal of guests, saw the removal of tix, never thought I would see the day my 14 year old account gets removed for somehow endangering children on a fucking story game.

And also around countless of money spent, I am officially leaving Roblox as there is no way a multi billion dollar company should have this bad of a Moderation and Appeals team. The journey was fun while it lasted though @KreekCraft had the right idea when he said "fuck Roblox"

Update: I have contact @Roblox about trying to get my false ban lifted. Sadly, their appeal and Moderation team fucking awful meaning I basically have been banned by Roblox for playing Break In 2. Since I've just lost around 14 years and countless hours.

I am hoping @Roblox will unban my account as I genuinely have been following their community standards as I have been trying to make a career out of it. I've got a pending appeals ticket being reviewed right now.

The second theory is since my friend and I have gone for the Origins ending in Break in 2, they heard my commentary on Larry, Mary, and Barry (3 fictional characters) in school and how they had injected a giant metal key into them basically hurting them.
