@punmasterrifkin I'd be for that. With the ASG the way it is now, replacing it with the WBC midseason would work, and MLB definitely sees how popular the WBC has become.

It's April, but this Mets team looks lost and has no answers, and that's just not what you wanted to see after last year.

@punmasterrifkin I'd like to see the WBC around Late November-early December, but the players probably won't want that because the season would still have just ended. You could do it midseason like the Olympic break in Hockey, with no ASG, but again are the players comfortable with that?

@Evanmazz Part of the reason why the WBC's timing is dumb, it interferes with spring training and hurt the gel

@punmasterrifkin Yeah but honestly it doesn't feel like the vibes have been good all around when the season began. They look off and unfortunately this isn't really a year where they can afford look off this early. They had to show last year was behind them.
