These last few days have been some of the hardest of my life. I’ve lost friends, and my YouTube channel—the one I’ve worked on 24/7 for the past five years—is set to be terminated in just four days. This channel represents years of dedication, creativity, and passion, and now it’s all being erased overnight. To make matters worse, people are celebrating this, spreading misinformation, gaslighting me, and painting me as a bad person. The most common accusation I’ve seen is about me "clickbaiting," so let me address and fully debunk this claim right now. The word "clickbait" is thrown around far too often and usually for the wrong reasons. If I were lying in my titles and thumbnails, making promises I didn’t deliver on, that would be wrong—but that’s not what I do. Let me use one of my titles as an example: "NO TIMER Fortnite How To LEVEL UP XP FAST in CHAPTER 6 SEASON 1 (INSANE XP Glitch Map Code!)." This title includes key terms that my audience actively searches for. People claim I’m lying because the title says "NO TIMER," yet my maps include timers. Here’s the truth: my maps include both a timer option and a no-timer option to cater to all types of players. The timers are included because waiting increases XP potential and playtime percentage, which are critical factors for maximizing XP. For instance, the recent XP glitch map with the "-_-" thumbnail required a 15-minute wait to earn a large XP payout. The phrase "NO TIMER" reflects what my audience specifically asked for—a way to earn XP without being forced to wait. The no-timer option provides XP faster but at a reduced rate compared to the timer option. I’ve always been transparent about this tradeoff.
Another critique is that my thumbnails are misleading, with claims like "you can unlock Godzilla" or "reach Level 500 instantly." Let me be clear—that’s not the purpose of my thumbnails. The levels shown in my thumbnails reflect my personal level because my community is built around high-level grinding. The goal of the thumbnail isn’t to promise Level 500 instantly but to grab attention and highlight fun, effective ways to earn XP. Thumbnails don’t have to be a 1-to-1 representation of the video. Their purpose is to generate clicks while the content delivers meaningful value. I do this just like every other experienced content creator. Yes, my thumbnails are designed for SEO, and they’re exaggerated for engagement, but that’s how YouTube works. If you’ve watched my videos, you know they always provide legitimate maps and detailed steps for earning XP.
Let’s also talk about the current XP system in Fortnite. XP is technically unlimited now, but after reaching 4,000,000 XP, the amount earned drops significantly. XP payouts depend on factors like playtime, level, and how much XP the player has already earned. Fortnite’s system categorizes payouts as "small, medium, large, and extra-large." I’ve never lied about this system. My videos are honest about what you can expect, and I’ve helped thousands of players every day. If viewers don’t earn as much XP or aren’t happy with the results, it’s often because they didn’t follow the steps or don’t fully understand how the system works.
Here’s where this situation becomes even more frustrating: If Epic Games had an issue with my content, wouldn’t they remove my Creator Code, ban my account, or take down the maps themselves? None of this has happened. Instead, my channel is being terminated without any direct communication or explanation. My livelihood, my passion, and years of work are being erased without any clarity or chance to resolve the issue. If this is truly Epic taking action, why not reach out to creators like me directly? Striking specific videos or taking down maps would have been a far more reasonable solution. Terminating entire channels feels excessive and unfair. It’s also possible these strikes aren’t even from Epic Games. False copyright strikes are a massive issue on YouTube, and they can destroy a creator’s entire history overnight. If these strikes are illegitimate, then both Epic and YouTube need to step up and address this issue to protect creators.
This entire situation is devastating. YouTube is one of the hardest platforms to succeed on. Millions of people try every day, but only a few make it. I’ve worked tirelessly to build my channel into something meaningful, and now I’m being accused of things I haven’t done. For those saying I’m misleading people: my maps deliver exactly what I promise—legitimate XP opportunities. The XP earned depends on the player’s effort, playtime, and the system’s mechanics. Yes, there are fake XP maps out there, but that’s not what I do. I provide the most ethical and effective options for gaining XP, and my videos explain every step clearly. I’ve always followed Fortnite’s rules, and nothing I’ve done warrants having my channel taken down.
To Epic Games and YouTube: I urge you to reconsider how situations like this are handled. Creators deserve clear communication, transparency, and a chance to address concerns before their work is erased. If Epic isn’t banning my account, removing my Creator Code, or taking down my maps, why is my channel being terminated? False strikes and lack of communication hurt not just creators but the entire community. I want to continue helping players, growing my channel ethically, and supporting the Fortnite community. I hope Epic and YouTube can resolve this in a way that’s fair to everyone. For now, I’m left to count down the days until everything I’ve built is gone, all while people celebrate and spread misinformation. It’s heartbreaking, but I’ll keep fighting for what I’ve worked so hard to create.
