3 rules to not tilt and lose 200 lp in one day (from experience)
1. do NOT first time new champs bc your main champs aren't working, you are just gonna have even lower chance of winning
2. do NOT swap roles, just bc jungle is op you as an adc main can not play it
3. after 3 losses in a row log off, doesnt matter if you think you arent tilted, it is only downhill from there
stick with what works and come back tommorow if its a bad day, do not be like me and lose 200 lp in one sitting 🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️
