Back from #RQHartford still got road buzz from the FUN travel.. 5 delays, 1 plane change, 1 diverted flight lead to me missing Day 1🙄 I'm glad I made it! Hartford. An amazing experience! I'm so excited for the future of this game & community! Time to sort vids & get editing📷

My Hartford RQ Recap ☕️ Friday I spent the majority of the day playing in Creator Events and connecting with other creators. It was a blast, and @DimiccoDiana did an amazing job keeping us all organized! Shoutout @ExhaustedPoro @SilentKnightTCG @BigBoyRipsTCG @TheDisDude and of course @glitchedgoober, just a few of the multitude of awesome people I got to talk to and play with! 2v2 Sealed and Trios Draft (Diana’s brainchild format) were some of the most fun I’ve had playing Riftbound. Ended the day going 3-1 in the Super Nexus Night on Midrange Rengar: R1: L vs Lux R2: W vs Pyke R3: W vs Teemo (insane game, POV soon) R4: W vs MF Saturday I played a 1v1 ODE and got 2 tickets before playing Sealed Team Trios with 2 friends of mine. We went 4-1 in the event netting 12 tickets each. Really fun format, I’m enjoying UNL Sealed way more than SFD. I played Leblanc with Orange Poppy in champ zone, 2xRex and 1xAtakhan in the deck. Atakhan was responsible for 3 of our 4 wins. Game 5 I had to puzzle out a crazy line with my teammate to win the round for us. Ended the day with 24 tickets so I decided to chase a Metal card on Sunday. Sunday I played another 1v1 ODE and then live-streamed the 11:00 Creator Trios Draft. S/O @CTCGVillionaire for unknowingly passing me an Azir Legend that effectively let me pivot to a constructed Azir deck mid-draft (already had Hall of Legends, Azir Sovereign, and a bunch of gear in my pool). Afterwards ran to my Sealed Challenge, somehow opened a disgusting 🟢🟠🟣 XP deck from 6 packs, and went 2-1 in that event (punted my game 3 via greed 😔). Managed to trade away some exclusive ChaiTCG foil sprite/gold tokens for the last few tickets I needed to get a metal, and of course walked away with my SFD love, pictured. Thank you to everyone who came up and said hi, asked for a photo, traded me a ticket, played Riftbound with me, or talked with me about the content they make! This RQ was my favorite yet and I’m so grateful I get to be a creator in this community ❤️ More to come!

Final thoughts on #RQHartford: 1) While I tested a lot for the event, I think I need to play in the friday event as a tune up. I played minimally in the week and believe I need more tune up games. 2) Meeting other creatives like @Aliface_ @imfromthesoul @SilentKnightTCG @nackd_ @ChaiTeaCG @ExhaustedPoro @Krashy and just interacting is one of my favorite parts... 3) @DimiccoDiana trolling me never gets old. 4) Ready for some time off between traveling and finalize content before #RQBarcelona. Celebrating my wife's birthday with good eats and drinks was the icing on it. See Y'all in Spain!

Somehow it got worse, after 3 delays they finally changed us to a new gate & plane.... Had very little hope of making the connecting flight, but the pilot fixed that! He let us know that they were turning us around to land in Texas.... #RQHartford #BeingTested #IFeelDefeated

Im just starting to catch on as the amount of flights I've gone on have exponentially risen the past few years...... But almost every single American Airlines flight is or will be delayed 🤗 #AADelaysTrips #RQHartford
