Got to coach another American record clean and jerk this weekend. Aaron clean and jerked 233kg. Blessed to say I have the strongest man and strongest woman in the country on my team. I am the first coach to be able to say that in US history.

16-year-old Dillon Mitchell 🇺🇸 clocks 9.88s (5.7) over 100m in Texas! Last week, he set an U18 World Record of 6.59s over 60m. Chinweoke Onwuchekwa was 2nd in 10.02s.
