@FPL__Raptor I think the differential play with NOR on free hit is to captain him. That's what I'll be doing. Monsterous potential... can see Arsenal being a cagey 0-0 or 1-0 game, and then Burnley looks like a clean sheet lock and possible attacking returns.

“Nico is fine” is the worst possible news on free hit 😭 I’m tempted to still go with Cherki instead and hope Nico is rested against Burnley, but there’s no guarantee Cherki starts Burnley either…

Arsenal fan here. Didn’t watch the game. I just can’t be bothered. I slowly stopped watching the games a few months back. It’s just so draining, uninspiring and boring. I think you only first realise what you actually enjoy about football when your team is doing really well while at the same time playing like Stoke City with great footballers. I became an Arsenal fan because I got inspired by Henry, Bergkamp, Pires, etc. Beautiful, creative, a bit chaotic, but with love for the game. I don’t think you become an Arsenal fan if you’re a young kid right now, because why would you? Who would inspire you? Raya receives the ball 38 times for Christ. Saka is the only one who gives us that feeling of “something magical might happen” and maybe Dowman as well. But the overall feeling of enjoyment of watching the Gunners is not there currently. There’s no love for the game anymore. There’s love for the result. But Bayern, Real Madrid, Barcelona and Liverpool have in recent years shown you can do both. I hope we win everything. Don’t get me wrong. But I miss Arsenal. Almost more than I miss trophies.

It was never a red card last night but we deserved to get the 3pts. Still buzzing this morning. Home wins against Wolves & Burnley will be enough now.

My current FH33 Draft: I’m really looking to back against Haaland and Joao Pedro. I am very high on Bournemouth this week as I think they have the best double. I’m looking to climb as a make or break strategy which is why it’s very different.. What are your thoughts?

Do defcons get collated in a DGW? e.g., if a defender gets 5 defcon in the first game and 5 in the second, do they total 10 and get the 2pts? I seem to remember a previous DGW where players were hitting defcon very early in the second match, as it became a running total? #FPL

@FPLGOAT7 Andy is conscious of thousands of followers mirroring his every move so he often makes moves very late. It's no deeper than that. Bruno/Haaland was a 50-50 call for captaincy this week and everyone who was on those two got Bruno vice anyway so this is all a storm in a teacup.

Andy is one of the finest actors of the FPL community 1. Left screenshot is his bus team from last Sunday with Haaland captain 2. The 2nd image on top is 11 seconds before the deadline with Haaland captain 3. The 2nd image bottom is 1 second before the deadline with Bruno captain "mistakenly" 4. De Niro had the captaincy on Haaland for more than 7 days, he is ranked inside the top 1k in rank and made a mistake 9 seconds before the deadline 5. The acting on livestream was absolutely top notch when he realised he mistakenly captained Bruno
