@athuinvests They have 90% margins. So P/E would be almost same as P/S for asts.

🚨 $ASTS is still a clear BUYING opportunity at these levels.
Stock is down ~30% in the last month, now around $65.
BlueBird 7 launch was unfortunate (rocket issue put it in wrong orbit), but they’re moving full speed ahead with the rest.
Production continues and they’re still targeting 45-50 satellites in space by end of this year.
SpaceX & Amazon competition isn’t a death sentence. Here’s why:
> Stronger signal strength vs SpaceX. Antenna area is ~40x bigger than Starlink’s.
> ASTS is more of a value-add partner - seamlessly integrates into existing mobile carrier networks instead of going head-to-head. Makes competition way less brutal.
2 main risks:
1. Execution risks and upside delays (for a while). But even with delays, this is still a massive long-term opportunity. Delay doesn’t mean it won’t happen though. About execution, there always is. I believe in the company to execute though. Lot depends on launch partners being able to launch no screw it up. 😂
2. The other risk is competition - Amazon and SpaceX have way more satellites, stronger vertical integration, and cash. No denying that. Long-term though, I see all three co-existing and printing serious revenue together.
Note: The main upside for ASTS is in the no-internet zones: deep forests, rural areas, oceans, etc. There are still 3.5 billion people without proper internet access.
The model: Difficult to model exactly, but as launches ramp up and they go full scale in 2028 with real profitability, we could expect ~$3B-6B+ revenue in 2030 (620 million subscribers out of 3 billion, per company estimates).
- At ~$5B revenue and 20x P/S, we’re looking at a ~$100B company - that’s easily 5x from here (base case).
- Bullish: ~$10B and 15-20x P/S gives ~$150-200B company, clear 10x upside.
- A great middle point would be ~$150B, which is a 7x upside. The market is flying recently that 7x in 4-5 years seems less for many. 😆
How I would position (if I was in it): DCA. But I would start with a good initial position (30% of pretended cash) since the stock is clearly down, and then accumulate over the next few years whenever the market and sentiment dip.

@Dr_Crossroads but you are talking about a normal dilution, and here they buy EBAY and the market cap will be ebay + GME, but your share value will remain the same. It will be a smaller equity of a bigger size business eBay holders will get 50% cash 50% GME shares its not a dillution problem
English

$GME attempting to $EBAY just got weirder, thanks to this bizarre response by CEO Ryan Cohen.
The math ain't mathin' on this one.

How dumb are CNBC hosts are 🤣?
And RC did answer their, rather stupid, question. Half cash ($20B from TD + balance sheet cash), half stock, $GME will issue stock.
Sorkin was adding GameStop's market cap to the cash balance to say that is what GameStop can use to buy $EBAY 🤣😭

Here's the most contentious part of Ryan Cohen's CNBC Squawk Box interview about the GameStop-EBAY acquisition. This is a HEATED back and forth, uncommon for financial news. $GME Sorkin, at one point is in disbelief at RC's repetitive answering to his question.

@elonstaint42713 @MartinShkreli @RizMemonTrades @bdl4186 nah its just obvious it not a good question

@MartinShkreli @RizMemonTrades @bdl4186 Great answer. Cohen made himself look like a massive fucking retard and everyone sees it lmao

English

I don't really watch much Futbol (aka soccer to us Americans).
But the more I watch it, the more I like it.
One of the main reasons is that it's continuous action without any breaks or commercial interruptions.
Once you realize that, it's hard to unsee the countless commercials and breaks in between NBA, MLB, NFL, etc...
Am I right or am I right?!
