@furniturerow so we were just informed yesterday that our item that was due in early March is now scheduled for mid-late April? Issue is we paid 100% of this item and delivery cost with now a 90 day wait? Pre paying is one thing but $3k out of pocket for a 90 day wait?

Ugh I will never buy from @furniturerow again! 1. The sales lady lied to us and said that my credit application couldn’t be completed so she could “save the sale” when it had actually been declined.

@denvermattress I was told 7-10 days for delivery. Then told 2 weeks. Then I was told up to 3 weeks, but it didn't show on the truck yet. I understand that twin XLs are specialty sizes, but if I knew it would take a month, I would have gone somewhere else.

@FRhelpdesk i was able to get ahold if the store and the assistant manager went above and beyond to help! and my bed is still in warranty!

just spent the past 2 hours completely guttting my room so i can put my matress on the floor and attempt to get sleep after my bed frame fell right apart and putting a big whole in my bed @FRhelpdesk

@denvermattress we made a large purchase and bought the extra package with the mattress cover, sheets and pillows. When our mattress was delivered the extra package was not included and they are telling us 1-2 weeks before we will get it! Customer Service was apathetic.

@FRhelpdesk @furniturerow @FRhelpdesk Your sales staff lied straight to my face when I purchased my furniture. They told me if I have animals I really needed to get the warranty coverage since it would cover EVERYTHING including animal scratches and any defects.

@furniturerow and @synchrony are the Wonder Twins of craptastic customer service. Sounds like a good deal, but you get what you pay for. Next time I buy furniture I'll go literally anywhere else.
