70% of employed autistic people have shared that they are autistic with someone at work but only 30% have disclosed it to HR. 77% (aged 35 - 44) and 79% (senior roles) disclose their diagnosis but disclosure drop to 60% for more junior staff. #globalneurodiversityatworksurvey
