Here's the question we ask to find out exactly what our customers want: "What gift (it could be anything) would you be excited to receive with your order at {{BRAND}}?" Run this on your post-purchase survey. We use @FairingData. Take the insights and use them in your bundles and popup, watch AOV and email collection rates jump. Sometimes the most common answer is a random one, a great opportunity to surprise and delight. Also a great opportunity for cross-promotions with other brands.

❌😵Meta performance sucking? Guaranteed way to improve meta ad performance in 10 steps: 1. Survey customers post purchase via @KnoCommerce @FairingData or @triplewhale 2. After your ‘How did you hear about us? (HDYHAU) question - ‘What is the primary benefit you’re looking for by using x?’ (Supplement co. ex.) 3. ‘How do you anticipate feeling once you receive that [primary benefit]?’ 4. Copy and paste your entire product page copy and a bunch of existing reviews into ChatGPT, say your making a multiple choice survey, you need 5-10 options for your questions. Hone down to 5 with the least overlap that you think makes sense for your product. 5. Run survey, 100 responses min. Back to ChatGPT, input the winning options, ask for ad headlines which incorporate the top 1-2 benefits and 1-2 ‘feelings’. Get ten options, shorter is better. Ex. Eliminate Joint Pain for Good - Regain Your Youth 6. Open Canva, take your most prominent brand color and make it the background color, in white or black text, put the headline on your 1x1 square. Make all ten variations. 7. New campaign in meta, click goal (yes for real), ABO, 1 AD per image. No headline, description, or primary. 100 clicks then auto turn off ad using Meta automatic rules. Spend over a couple days. 8. Take top 2 winners back to ChatGPT and ideate one more time for one more round. 9. Repeat step #7. Just a new adset in the same campaign is fine. 10. Take your winner from this round, update your LP so the H1 is this phrase exactly, make a new ad in your existing scale adset (conversion goal) that goes to this LP and uses this headline with your existing top performing creative (as long as it doesn’t clash messaging wise)-and then let run.
