Based on this post I’m assuming he didn’t invest in the angel round because several of these presale questions were already answered in the Telegram for early investors.
1) All token investors will receive tokens according to their purchased allocation.

3) This looks like Animoca making a strong push into gaming.
4) No one is going to jail and even asking that is reckless.
Framing it this way puts founders of a reputable brand in a bad light in front of your followers.
