@H_and_HMedia @FannyWandel An interesting point is to see at what stage do people begin to recieve "rewards" because it is so engrained in society. For example at summer school. I was often bullied by you but the reward you got was recognition from the other popular kids at that time.

Explaining abusive patterns of behaviour within workplaces can be easier when we are able to provide examples. In August, we published Super Punk Corporate Meltdown, a podcast using a company called BrewDog as a case study while we analyse topics such as corporate retaliation.
