Weekend gaps are a market reality and no prop firm or broker can completely prevent slippage during extreme volatility. Risk management is the trader’s responsibility too. The best way to judge a firm isn’t by one unfortunate event, but by its long-term consistency in honoring payouts and treating traders fairly. I’m a firm believer you can be one of the most profitable traders even from simplistic strategies like SMA crossovers. It’s sort of like a minimalist lifestyle over one full of material items. More is not better. The skill is in the sizing.
