I'm so sick and tired of Autism being used as a crutch to excuse bad behavior. Yes it can explain WHY you did/said things but if you hurt someone then it doesn't make the HURT go away. You can and SHOULD still apologize and learn from it.

Remember: autism affects everyone differently. Adapting and learning social cues over time is an important part of personal growth. It'll look different for everyone. But this also includes knowing when to apologize for harm caused.
