One of the men from the viral standoff outside the Karmelo Anthony murder trial has been arrested. Jerome Winston Parker has been taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for alleged unlawful carrying of a weapon, according to the Collin County Sheriff's Office. Police say the charge stems from an alleged incident in the courthouse parking lot during trial-related activities on June 6. He remains in custody on a $1,000 bond.
