If we’re going to have a conservative civil war, the dividing line should be those who believe in protecting and preserving marriage, the family, and unborn life vs those indifferent or opposed. You can’t be a conservative in any meaningful sense if you don’t want to conserve the bedrock of civilization itself.

@Polymarket This might be the most obvious bet of the year. There’s no way Iran is going to willingly surrender their stockpile of enriched uranium. The only way we’re getting it is if we go in and take it, which many think is a suicide mission.

Kevin Warsh said his definition of price stability is “a change in prices such that no one talks about it.” Most at the Fed define price stability as prices that rise by 2% per year. Both definitions ignore the plain meaning of stable. Prices that rise every year are not stable.

Hypothetically, what happens to US markets if Iran has someone on the ground in the US to blow up some domestic oil infrastructure? They want this war. They agreed to the cease fire to re-arm and regroup with new tactics. They are not agreeing to a deal because they want to use them. If you don't think they've been prepping a new attack that can hit us hard, you haven't been paying attention. This could escalate far beyond the market's imagination right now. There's nowhere near enough risk priced in.
