@FishpoolsUK really wish I’d looked at your twitter feed before given your customer service seems to poor. I ordered a sofa which arrived damaged and the delivery men damaged the feet. The sofa is no longer in stock and have been offered a 20% discount which is inappropriate

@FishpoolsUK after waiting 7/8 months for the delivery of my sofa it arrived with a mark on it. Called customer service and was told a technician would be arranged - 6 weeks wait! The technician arrived and made the problem worse! Not only with his complete lack of customer

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. We will continue to commemorate the life of Her Majesty and pay our respects by closing our store, warehouse and offices on Monday 19th September. We will reopen as usual on Tuesday 20th September.

@FishpoolsUK shocked and disappointed at the poor customer service my elderly mother is receiving. She has waited since May for a new chair to ease her back issues and now its finally arrived the quality is appalling. Apparently she has to wait several weeks for a technician?!

Now, the salesman that we bought it from demonstrated it at the time joked with my stepmum that it would “see her out”, so he must not have had high expectations for her life expectancy! @FishpoolsUK also sold her a 5 year protection policy that only covers accidental spills!
