Its personal preference I prefer Iniesta’s style because most of Xavi’s contribution comes from dictating the tempo and I see why that is important I think it can be a bit overstated Iniesta often can have a higher influence on the game with half the touches of Xavi. Peakwise Xavi probably takes it with 08-09 but I havent done a direct comparison with Iniesta’s best tbh

@Flashallmight Who do you think peaked higher xavi or iniesta? I think iniesta has the higher peak but xavi has the higher floor. I wasn't able to watch them alot but just from a little that I've seen.

Yeah he is stil quite young lots of time for accolades and statistically peak years, but he is still dealing with injuries and started playing heavy minutes quite young. So there is a possibility that right now is his peak imo, which if that is the case then ability wise I don’t think he’s on par.
