Okay, mental inventory time. I am talking to the right people. I have been directed to a therapist I can begin to meet with. I have received my diagnosis from professionals. And most importantly, I have the best friends anyone could ask for. So...we back 💚

To my friends.. Yall rock, 'nuff said. I never can thank those who have spent the last year by my side enough. I'm gonna be that same caring, compassionate wolf that looks out for others and volunteers. But I've learned to set boundaries and take care of me too.

I love how when I can't sleep, all I need is to cuddle their plushie or shirt, and the scent calms me and knocks me TF out. My heart is recovering from the damage done by others... It's slow. But it's recovery. Never thought i would be here at all a year later.

@LittleAlphaPup Oldest of also a LOT of siblings. It was both peaceful but also at night it was TOO Quiet. I ended up getting a cat to just not be alone 😭

This seriously changed my life, I grew up in a household with 6 siblings… living alone has been so peaceful 🥺
