Game 38 Iran: a massive result and one big step closer to their first ever knockouts appearance, really weren’t able to pressure Belgium too much but they were an ass cheek away from a beautiful set piece goal to win this, final match against Egypt is everything Belgium: some how feels like classic Belgium, they are clearly in control but can’t do anything with it and end up having to survive, need at least a draw against New Zealand to have any hope now, but it’s amazing in this group they’ve left themselves with work to do

Game 9 Germany: had a nice scare for a second, but clicked on and looked very good, honestly impressed at how sharp they’ve looked in friendlies and in this game Curaçao: I had them as the worst team in the tournament, who cares what the final score was they gave us all a memory and their country a magic moment
