@KufiyyaPS The best I can recommend for nightmares is to form an intention in your mind gently before sleep to meet a Teacher in your dreams and for your dreams to be a learning experience. I'm so sorry that this is a flimsy offer but when I was plagued by PTSD nightmares this helped 🙏❤️
