@angelsarcs I was in your shoes, I was 260 at my heaviest keep this rule in mind. Its simple 70% of gains are made in the kitchen 30% in the gym. I’d suggest by calculating your maintenance calories, for an example mine is 2500. Then I would 100-500 calories less. Simple but effective.
