@Hoseasons we have an upcoming booking for a 4 night stay on Thursday. We have a hot tub accommodation which states on your website that towels are provided in hot tub accommodation. However, we’ve been contacted today saying we need to bring our own..? Can you clarify please 🙏

@Foye11 Hi there. the 0845 service which is shown on both journey options is the same train service. The difference is that the first journey shown has a change and will arrive slightly earlier than the second journey shown.

@northernassist we have booked tickets on Saturday to get to Leeds. We booked a direct train but I’m confused why 2 are arriving at the same time and one has a change and different platforms at Leeds etc?

@EastMidRailway Alfreton at 8.10am…usually it’s 3-4 coaches and even that’s busy but this surely is one of the business trains of the day on a Monday with people getting to work?! 🤷🏻‍♂️
