The idiocy of your post is laughable actually. Internet connectivity.... internet only started getting rolled out in sa in 1993 to the public as thats when we got isps. Power supply was to 58 percent of the population, with the apartheid government building the overwhelming majority of power stations. Same can be said for road networks. Just like the power situation, the anc expanded both electricity access and road access but cant maintain anything. Hence the load shedding and pothole prone roads. National piped water access increased but we have kak flowing into the rivers. In short its quite obvious the anc government has no idea how to scale what the apartheid government gave them.
