@SkySports_Keith 120 minutes at the weekend and too many tired legs. Man City are just a top team, and to beat them you have to be at your best, take your chances and be full of energy. Sadly our squad isn't capable of all these games. Hence the injuries.

🚨 City win it 2-0 and it looks as though Newcastle’s hopes of retaining the trophy are over.
But they played well tonight given the week they’ve had, were at it for the 90, and on another night could’ve scored a couple.
The chances were there but weren’t taken, and that left the door open for City as Newcastle chased.

@DomScurr Nick Pope has made mistakes lately and probably needs time out from the team but he's also made some great saves and got called up for England. Howe and Tuchel aren't idiots. As for Ramsdale if he was as good as fans are making out he would still be number 1 at Arsenal.
