What better way to kick off Super Bowl weekend than kicking off Super Saturdays with Southern Bancorp and putting pro bono service to work for Arkansans across our community? Special thanks to Bill Waddell, Amie Schoeppel Wilcox, Alex Ifrah, Khayyam Eddings, Liz Harris, Melody Pruitt Guffey, Evan Nelson, along with staff members Dolly Stokes, Katie Stout, and law clerk Caroline Bryant. Our team was honored to support this weekend’s Little Rock clinic by providing legal services to community members. Big thanks to Southern Bancorp for hosting, and to all the volunteers who helped make the day run smoothly. Looking forward to the next Super Saturday event taking place at the St. Bernard Auditorium in Jonesboro on Feb. 21!

Recently, through our Friday Cares initiative, our teams in Little Rock and Rogers supported two organizations making a direct impact in our communities: The Van, which provides outreach, essentials, and emergency shelter support for our unsheltered neighbors in Central Arkansas. Northwest Arkansas Women's Shelter, which offers safety, resources, and advocacy for individuals and families affected by domestic violence in Northwest Arkansas. Thanks to the generosity of our attorneys, staff, and firm, we raised: $5,145 for The Van $2,050 for the NWA Women’s Shelter Friday Cares is one way we live out our commitment to being a community partner, not just a service provider. We’re grateful to everyone who contributed and to these organizations for the work they do every day. 13 Friday, Eldredge & Clark attorneys have been named “Lawyer of the Year” for the metropolitan region in the 2026 edition of Best Lawyers in America®, each recognized in their respective area of practice. In total, 72 of our attorneys are recognized, including eight honored as “Ones to Watch.” The Best Lawyers in America® list highlights outstanding attorneys across the country, with recognition based entirely on peer review. Within this list, the distinction of “Lawyer of the Year” is awarded to only one lawyer in each practice area and metropolitan region, making it the publication’s highest individual honor. The Best Lawyers recognition reflects broader peer acknowledgment of excellence across practice areas, while the “Ones to Watch” category recognizes attorneys earlier in their careers for their professional talent and promise.
