@lewdamone Oh totally. I thought it was supposed to be a twist on the shonen tropes. Like, was he working hard to become a hero, or being reckless in order to prove himself? It felt ambiguous cause his power-ups cost him his humanity, but all the other characters earned their power-ups.

The end of Chainsaw Man made me think about something... When a manga you like ends in a way you hate or are disappointed with, does it sour the whole thing for you, Or do you still like it but just think the ending is bad?

@lewdamone Nor did it explore its characters in depth, pay off the world building in any meaningful way, or bother to flesh out Kafka. Heck it didn't even toy around with the parallels to Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka, but maybe thats just me projecting.

@FrigginDuck yeah thats another good example, like i dont even think the manga ever explained why that one small kaiju creature choose kafka as his host?

@Gothalion A lot of the changes in EOF were pretty good. I also like loot tiers. Its like rarity gradients, but it scales much better. A tier 1 gun is still worth getting, but it also isn't as good as a tier 5. A great middle ground between crafting and rng loot.

Perspective is everything. I didn’t like EOF but the systems and activities in Renegades are legitimately some of the best rotators I’ve played in over a decade of Destiny experience.

I want to move to the part of the country where my family lives, and start working with something thats more my speed. I have no fucking clue how this will go, but I know I want to change. Just gotta start somewhere.

I feel stuck, and unfulfilled in life. I live in a cold, lonely city and miss my family a ton, but they live across the country. It sucks, but I have slowly started the process of changing jobs, making an online dating profile (I honestly just want friends, but I close enough).
