They do in my jurisdiction. I’ve worked cases like that — not many, and none included physical violence or the use of a weapon. None of the victims were physically injured in any way. I’ve also worked cases in which women died because of male sexual violence, including one case in which an 89 year old woman was raped to death by having over 2 feet of mop handle jammed into her vagina over and over again. She bled to death on her kitchen floor. I’ve also worked a case in which the victim of rape - and I do mean rape - was a 3 month old baby girl. I’m aware of a case in which a rape victim was 2 hours old, and of another case in which a baby girl was sexually abused as she was coming out of the womb, while her umbilical cord was still intact. I can go on — because while these are some of the worst things I’ve seen men do, they are far from the only examples of utter sexual depravity and hate for everything female. When women hate men, they want men to stay away from them. When men hate women, they rape and kill and mutilate. We are not the same, and if that makes me a bigot, so be it.
