This is Suzie,s Tinder photo from maybe 8 years ago. I fear she is developing dementia, she gets distressed more and more in the day and I think it’s because she forgets where she is. A cuddle sorts her, so as her human is away this weekend the spare will have to do!

I'll be honest - I felt incredibly nervous posting this. I’ve never really been honest about my addiction to exercise, but I wanted to share it as I’ve had a few remarks about my weight lately, so yeah, be kind always ❤️

There are 20 months between these photos In the 1st, I was addicted to exercise & being ‘thin’. In the 2nd, I’m ‘overweight’ but have a much healthier relationship with food & exercise. So, before commenting on someone’s weight, think about what they might be going through ❤️

Having a dilemma about Swimathon later. My current situation is in the bathroom every 5 minutes (UTI) I am not sure if I can cope with getting out of the pool 24 times - I might have answered my own question there. (And TMI too, oh well)

trying a new antihistamine today - takes me about 2 hours to get going in the morning because Milo (mad shedding cat) has taken to sleeping on my chest :-D

Having the cats has been a real joy for us. But, now in dispute with flat management company , we are faced with rehoming them. I actually can’t. So we will see how that goes 🫤
