We are ready for week 1 of our Wednesday Hertford Monica group! So far this week, we have delivered week 1 of our St Albans Monica group and week 1 of our Wise Guys group With a third Thursday Monica group due to start tomorrow, it's certainly a busy week for the team!

On Sunday 7th September the UK Government will be testing their emergency alert system. All compatible phones will vibrate and make a loud siren sound, even if on silent. If you have a phone you want to keep hidden, ensure it is turned off to ensure it does not make a noise.

From September, we will be running an additional Monica Programme in St Albans. The 12 week in-person programme is suitable for female survivors of domestic abuse and is free for those living in Hertfordshire.
