"George can turn me, a boring creator, into someone who looks extremely good on camera.” Kieran is low key the reason I came to love Australian creators. He reached out to me about a year ago looking for a way to start his YouTube channel. We talked about the gear he was looking to get but mostly about the editing style of his videos. The goal was to create a style using the inspiration of some of his favorite creators. We did just that and I can easily describe this as one of the smoothest collaborations I've ever had. 20 videos down the road we reached our first 1000 subs. Due to circumstances, he needed to press pause for a while (life happens) but I'm telling you, the beast is just asleep...

Something I didn’t learn from any business related book is just how rewarding it would be to watch my team members grow in all areas of their lives.

Frustration is part of the game. Especially when you are constantly trying to grow your business. When feeling frustrated, take the first 10 seconds to vent, the next 10 seconds to take accountability and the rest of the time to learn and of course...act on it.

There's a really comforting fact that every mistake is a lesson... Each mistake is an opportunity to get better at your craft.
