The Hustler Nation Intelligence Bureau (HNIB) Agents are reporting that Governor Badilisha of Nyandarua held a meeting with MCAs last evening. Some MCAs were categorical, Gachagua has not delivered development in Nyandarua, and residents cannot be mobilised against the President, who they say has brought visible development to the county. Attempts to mobilise boda boda riders in Nyandarua failed. The riders refused and maintained that the late MP David Kiaraho deserves respect, as he was one of them and understood their struggles. HNIB has further established: 1. A coordinated mobilisation plan is underway 2. La Mada PS Karanja Kibicho and Governor Badilisha are jointly financing the operation 3. Kibicho released KSh 2 million through Kirinyaga Woman Rep Njeri Maina 4. Governor Badilisha added KSh 5 million from county resources 5. The funds are meant to mobilise about 2,000 people from outside Nyandarua 6. Each heckler/ goon is to receive KSh 3,500 7. The plan is to stage a walkout while chanting “Wantam” when the President rises to speak 8. Rigathi Gachagua is expected to ignore his designated seat and sit in the middle of the crowd. It is so DECLASSIFIED!
