Tate Goergen finishes as the state champion in the 800 meters. GMLOKS athlete is just a sophomore.

TATE GOERGEN IS YOUR CLASS A BOYS 800 CHAMPION!!!!!!! He led the entire race and crossed the finish line with a time of 1:55.64!!!!! Congrats Tate!

Zach Reiland places 8th in the 300 hurdles with a time of 41.16

🚨PROGRAM RECORD ALERT Amelia McCabe’s vault of 10 feet not only secured her a 7th place state finish, it’s also a new program record! Congratulations Amelia!!!!

Freshman Amelia McCabe takes 7th in the pole vault, with a height of 10-0! Her first time at state and she comes home with a medal!!!

Girls 4x200 takes 3rd, with a time of 1:45.02! Congrats to relay members Lydia Redman, Brynna Nelson, Breeley Galle, and Chantle Reiland!

🚨PROGRAM RECORD ALERT In a loaded boys 4x400 final, our team of Zach Reiland, Kaleb Yunker, Carter Glynn, and Tate Goergen take home the Section 1A title, shattering the record with a new time of 3:26.62! Fun fact: our section qualified SEVEN teams in this event!

In her final Section 1A Championship race, Chantle Reiland takes the title in the 200 meter dash with a 25.50! Chantle is headed to state in all four of her events: 100, 200, 4x200, long jump

Tate Goergen is the Section 1A champion in the 800, punching his ticket to state with a time of 1:56.84. Way to go Tate!

Senior Zach Reiland punches his ticket to state in the 300 hurdles, coming in second with a lifetime PR of 40.02! Congrats Zach!
