UMD @GRADMAP is now accepting applications for our winter workshop! The winter workshop is a free, week-long virtual workshop to build programming and research skills for physics and astronomy. Workshop Dates: Jan 6-10, 2025 @UMDscience @UMDAstronomy 1/4

Anshuraj won the "Exo-pool-net Extraordinaire" award for "excelling this summer in groundbreaking exoplanet research - adding a science twist to his computer science background and also showing us all his excellent pool playing skills." #gradmap #ss2024

Kyree won the "Whywolf" award for "his unmatched curiosity. Much like how gamma rays turn bruce banner into a hulk they have turned kyree into a were - i mean why - wolf (rayet star). ... His energy (like gamma rays) was truly contagious!" #gradmap #ss2024
