Late Monday, the ministry said ​a Chinese destroyer and a frigate had entered waters to the southwest of the Penghu islands, home to ​major Taiwanese navy and air bases and close to the Taiwan side of the strait. Dicen que cantada vale doble; la inasistencia de la gobernadora María Eugenia Campos Galván es un reto directo al Gobierno de México; se sabe protegida por el fuero constitucional que le da la Constitución del Estado de Chihuahua, utilizando la misma estrategia que su compañero de partido Francisco Javier García Cabeza de Vaca. La Unidad Especializada para investigar la ilegal participación operativa de agentes de la CIA en operativos sin autorización con autoridades de Chihuahua, además de ser ilegal e inconstitucional, es solo la fórmula perfecta para desviar la atención de lo importante.
