One of the things that actually bothers me about the movie is THIS!

I find it odd how Nintendo basically said they skipped straight to Galaxy to “expand” the scope of Mario's World as Super Mario World wasn't grand enough.

@Robin_Scurr It's the only place I could think that would add Wario, Waluigi, and Peach. Wario and Daisy were first introduced in those two games and I think it overlaps with the Odyssey theme of travelling the world well enough.
Adding them earlier than that would be too much imo

As a sequel to the vanilla first movie.
In the same way that I have to roll with the punches of the source material, I don't think it would make much sense to rewrite something that's a sequel to another Rewritten.
That's just a completely separate movie, at that point.
