@Anluanx I think most peoples understanding of Christianity is downstream of pop culture. Like, unconscious, internalized, fragments of disconnected ideas. In the same way that everyone knows the story of “Faust” even if they don’t know it- because it’s been re-told so much they still do

For many people, witnessing the murder of Charlie Kirk sparked a passionate determination to do everything in their ability to stop the Left from ever taking power again.
For others, it stoked a crippling fear response which compelled them to distance themselves from what Charlie fought for and appease those who murdered him, believing that maybe the Left would spare them, or at least kill them last.
