@Kingfan5151@grahamformaine I think it was more attacking the Epstein class regardless of who it is. We can disagree. Thanks for the discussion, I gotta take my dog for a walk now.
@Garreeto@grahamformaine His ad didn’t even mention Susan Collins or Donald Trump lmao. Attacking your own party is ridiculous. If democracy is on the line, attacking the party that stands for democracy as Epstein class is stupid. Especially as they are unpopular and need help boosting their party.
The only thing the DC establishment can agree on is a love of Jeffrey Epstein — and a hatred of me.
Together, we will take back our government from the Epstein class.

@COYMFS1989@stevedonsky I almost said the said the same thing but I thought it went without saying.. I’m finding out many people really are clueless about strategy & game theory, and, frankly, are idiots
Lazy or not, is it a winning message? I’d say yes. We’re trying to win an election and maybe get our hands dirty a bit. No need to 100% cross our t’s and dot our i’s here. Certainly not when democracy is at stake. Maybe I’m thinking more strategically and that’s where we differ. (I disagree with your premise he’s lying. Some rich Dems surely went to Epstein island too, so we disagree there, too, but that’s beside the point.)
@Garreeto@grahamformaine So why lie? The Epstein issue should be an attack directly at the Trump admin/Republican administration that made it hard to get the files. Attacking both sides is lazy and isn’t necessary but ok buddy
@Kingfan5151@grahamformaine Average Mainer probably isn’t asking that; however, attacking ALL of the Epstein class regardless of party is a winning message to most people in Maine I would think. We can agree to disagree fundamentally on strategy and just leave it -
@Kingfan5151@grahamformaine He’s trying to earn Mainers’ votes, not the country writ large, and certainly not beltway liberals’ votes. Did you ever learn ‘know your audience’ in school?
@Garreeto@grahamformaine Which point. Both were retarded. The ad doesn’t attack his opponent (Susan Collins). Trying to attack the party you are trying to work with to accomplish your goals does nothing. What big name Democrats were on Epstein island? It was a bad ad
Do you talk to other lawyers that way? Like I said earlier, many people are anti-establishment and they respond well to an outsider message. The voters of Maine are historically highly independent, so the bipartisan critique of both parties is smart, esp if you want independent voters.
@Kingfan5151@grahamformaine Also your comment doesn’t negate what I said earlier: “many people are upset with politics as usual.” Whether you think one side is better than the other is irrelevant to this fact. I’m surprised you’re a lawyer, frankly.
@Kingfan5151@grahamformaine Like it or not, many are people are upset with politics as usual -on both sides- that’s the reality. It is smart for Platner’s team to tap into that.
Susan Collins pushes back on Graham Platner accusing her of lying over protecting abortion rights bc of her Kavanaugh vote.
“That's obviously not true. The people of Maine know me well, and I know them well.”
Asked her if she regrets Kavanaugh vote, but didn’t respond to the q
🔴 A top GOP Senate strategist told NBC News Republicans are saving their opposition research on Platner until after the filing deadline, fearing Democrats could replace him.
So hey, if you’re supporting Graham Platner, you can take “antifascist’ off your bio. You are the other thing. Unfollow me please, I don’t fuck with Nazis or their bootlickers. Thanks.
Is Graham Platner going to be able to pull a Donald Trump in Maine? Watch @kasie's take on the times when voters decide to look past the scandals in order to win at any cost.
Some Democrats have expressed concerns about Graham Platner’s past. But his win Tuesday night has them warily accepting him as their U.S. Senate nominee in Maine. wapo.st/3RQvRHf
