I was part of the Big Tournament Golf team at the time, so during the development of the first Metal Slug, I only participated in debugging. Still, I vividly remember my first playthrough and thinking, “Wow—they’re creating something truly incredible!” Later, I had the opportunity to contribute as a pixel artist on Metal Slug 2, X, and 3, which was without a doubt one of the greatest experiences of my life.
