🚨BREAKING: ISRAELIS INCREASING REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS IN CZECH REPUBLIC – CONSULTANT SAYS THEY FEEL SAFE IN PRAGUE! 🇨🇿🇮🇱 Israeli-born businessman Amos Uzan, CEO of Prague-based Conbiz s.r.o., reports a strong rise in demand from Israelis for Czech real estate and business setups. In a fresh JNS interview (March 18, 2026), he said: “They feel safe in Prague, and they are happy to give back to the Czechs that like and support Israel so much.” He also praised strong Czech-Israel ties and called for more U.S.-Israel-Czech R&D cooperation. Czech commercial real estate hit a record €4.2 billion in investments last year (2025) – up 155% YoY – but domestic Czech buyers dominated (86% of total volume). Foreign investors (including Israelis) are a smaller part – this is niche demand in a pro-Israel friendly country.
